While they can be intense, we do not have a fear factor built into our games.* The games are filled with fun and wonder and are designed for the whole family. Nothing jumps out at you and you are free to leave a room at any time. A room may be dark and have dramatic and cinematic music playing, so young children may be slightly nervous, but we do everything we can as a staff to support and encourage the kiddos. We want them to know that they really will have a great time and that there is nothing to be afraid of!
We strongly recommended that you book online prior to making a trip to Escape Code. Rooms can fill up hours or even days in advance, so secure your preferred spot as soon as possible! If you are in the area and want to stop by to see if we have immediate availability, you are more than welcome to do so.
No. Please keep in mind that the game is a live event, so once the booking is confirmed, refunds are not allowed. You may reschedule your game at any time prior to 24 hours before your reservation. In the event of emergency or illness, we will issue a voucher to be used for a future booking.
It's essential that you arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of your game. Your briefing begins prior to your scheduled game, so don't be late!
All rooms at Escape Code are private.
You will not be grouped together with others at Escape Code. You will enjoy your experience with the people in your group alone.
Kids have a blast at Escape Code! Their spirit of adventure will help the team find clues and give input on puzzles. While they won't be able to conquer the whole room without your help, you are all sure to have a great time working together.
Keep in mind that you will need to keep your eye on toddlers to ensure they don't interact with (break!) our props.

Yes! All of our rooms are handicap accessible. Every member of your team will be able to participate and have a great time. We have enjoyed hosting guests with wheelchairs, service animals and other forms of assistance.

Also, Vortex is wheelchair accessible, but at one point during the game the guest will be escorted through a secondary access point.
